Alexandre Tannous took us through a transformative sound meditation. He explained the importance of harmonics, which are higher frequencies than the fundamental frequency of a tone. 

Why is this important? Because attentively listening to specific frequencies may quiet the mind, release traumas, and improve your focus and creativity. 

For this to work, you need to keep your awareness on the tones, listen for the variations in harmonics, and let yourself be taken away by the sound. Merge with it, relax, and heal. And we did, through the 30 minute sample.
